All orders placed with standard shipping are processed to ship within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Overnight orders placed AFTER 4pm Eastern/1pm Pacific are processed to ship the following business day.
UPS overnight arrives next BUSINESS DAY (excludes weekends). UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.
Flat rate shipping takes 4 to 6 BUSINESS days once shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
