Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of Bandolier’s (“Bandolier”, “we”, and/or “our”) website (www.bandolierstyle.com) (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these general terms and conditions (the “General Terms and Conditions”). Bandolier also reserves the right to refuse a sale to any customer and will provide a refund and/or cancellation of any refused transaction.

General

From time to time, we may change the terms that govern your use of the Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. Because we may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time, you agree to review the terms each time you use the Site to determine whether new terms have been incorporated.  At the top of this General Terms and Conditions, we will indicate what version of the General Terms and Conditions you are reviewing, and when that version was first published on the Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are protected by copyrights and international treaty provisions owned, controlled or licensed by Bandolier, or its affiliates (“Bandolier”). The Site as a whole is protected by copyrights and constitutes trade dress and all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Bandolier. Bandolierstyle.com and all other Bandolier trademarks appearing at this Site are trademarks of Bandolier.

The Contents of this Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from the Site) use by the users of the Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents of the Site.

Bandolier’s Communications to You

You agree that Bandolier may post notices on this Site or may send electronic mail to you until such time as you choose to unsubscribe from such communications, and that such communications satisfy any legal requirements that communications be in writing.

Product Information

Most Bandolier products displayed at the Site are available from select retailers in the United States. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available through other retailers’ stores. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Colors

Bandolier has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of the products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Compliance with the Law and Resale Sales

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States and other countries that relate to the products on our Site or these General Terms and Conditions. You agree and represent that you are buying any products offered for sale on the Site for your own personal use only, and not for resale.

Links to Other Web Sites and Services

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside websites, services and resources, you understand, acknowledge and agree that Bandolier does not control the availability or content of such websites, services or resources, and that you shall not seek to hold Bandolier responsible for any issues you experience with any such websites, services and/or resources. Any concerns regarding any such website, service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside website, service or resource. We expressly reserve the right to release any Information to third parties as we deem appropriate, so long as such disclosure is not in violation of applicable law as set forth in our Privacy Policy located at www.bandolierstyle.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within California are subject to state and local sales tax.  Orders shipped to other states or internationally may be subject to taxes, tariffs or other charges applicable to consumer goods being shipped from a foreign country or within the United States.

To ship out the same day, your order must be received by 11am Pacific/2pm Eastern.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP

Bandolier™ Rewards Club (the “Program") is offered by Bandolier to customers making purchases and to potential customers on bandolierstyle.com. Bandolier may extend certain perks and privileges as described in more detail herein, and additional offers may be extended from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Program Terms and Conditions") form the agreement between you ("Member") and Bandolier with respect to the Program. The General Terms and Conditions shall be deemed incorporated into these Program Terms and Conditions as if fully set forth herein.

MEMBERS' ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program, including, without limitation, these Program Terms and Conditions, including the provisions below dealing with mandatory arbitration of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Bandolier reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.

BANDOLIER’S RIGHT TO CHANGE/CANCEL THE PROGRAM

Bandolier may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or the Program Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes. 

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

The Program is open to U.S. residents only. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Bandolier, which may be withheld or granted in its sole and absolute discretion.

MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

Individuals can enroll by creating an account at bandolierstyle.com. Member must provide information accurately and completely when creating an account. Bandolier reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow its enrollment procedures. Member should promptly advise Bandolier of any changes to their personal account contact information, such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address, by visiting www.bandolierstyle.com/account and updating their Member account.

PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS

Bandolier may communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, SMS and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers and more. Bandolier will also use these channels to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. Please note that even if a Member opts out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Bandolier may continue to send such Member non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about the Member’s account or our ongoing business relations.

RETURNS

Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Bandolier’s return policy available at https://www.bandolierstyle.com/pages/returns. Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to Program level status for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member's account.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at bandolierstyle.com, count toward a Member’s Program tier status. The amount of a purchase made with store credit as a method of payment will not be applied to Tier Level earnings. The amount of a purchase made with a Bandolier gift card as method of payment will not be applied to Tier Level earnings. The purchase of a Bandolier gift card will be applied to Tier Level earnings. Additional items may be excluded from Tier Level accumulation at the sole discretion of Bandolier . 

Please note that points earned expire after twelve (12) months.

TIER STATUS

Program tier status is based solely on a Member’s total dollar spend on bandolierstyle.com. The criteria for each Tier is as follows:

·       Bronze:  A customer receives “Bronze” status upon creating an account at bandolierstyle.com.  However, the customer will not be eligible for specific benefits until he or she makes an initial purchase. The account will retain Bronze status until the customer spends $500 or earns 500 points. Each new calendar year requires the customer to make a purchase for ongoing Bronze status.

·       Silver: If a customer’s account accumulates $500 dollars of total spend or 500 points on bandolierstyle.com, they will receive Silver status on a calendar year basis. To remain at Silver status, a customer must accumulate $500 of dollar spend during the calendar year or complete point earning activities that total 500 points.  Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $500 on bandolierstyle.com or complete 500 point-earning activities to retain Silver status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $500 or complete activities worth 500 points, the customer will revert to Bronze Status, losing Silver status benefits. In order for the customer to regain Silver status, the customer must make total purchases of $500 or more or 500 accumulated points.

·       Gold: If a customer’s account accumulates $1,000 dollars of total spend or 1,000 points on bandolierstyle.com, they will receive Gold status on a calendar year basis. To remain at Gold status, a customer must accumulate $1,000 of dollar spend during the calendar year or complete point earning activities that total 1,000 points.  Each new calendar year requires the customer to spend $1,000 on bandolierstyle.com or complete 1,000 point-earning activities to retain Gold status for another calendar year. If a customer does not spend $1,000 or complete activities worth 1,000 points, the customer will revert to Silver Status, losing Gold status benefits. In order for the customer to regain Gold status, the customer must make total purchases of $1,000 or more or 1,000 accumulated points.

·       NOTE: Points may not be used in combination with other offers.

VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

A current, valid email address is required for a Member to be eligible for select benefits, offers and updates. Member must notify Bandolier of a Member’s change of email address by updating Member account information online.

RIGHT TO REVOKE

Bandolier reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Program and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Bandolier, a Member abuses any of the Program privileges, fraudulently uses the Program, fails to comply with Program Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.

NO TRANSFER

Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

EMPLOYEE ELIGIBILITY

All current employees of Bandolier are ineligible to participate in the Program.

PROGRAM BENEFITS AND DETAILS

In addition to any other requirement and/or limitation that may be communicated to Members at the time a benefit is offered, the following shall apply:

·       Early Access To Sales and Promos

Early access to Bandolier product valid for Bandolier™ Rewards Club members. Members must be signed in to their Member account. Terms of offers are subject to change.

·       Refer a Friend Credits

Bandolier™ Rewards Club Members receive a credit of $15 for every new Member they refer to Bandolier™ Rewards Club who signs up and places an order of at least $150. The new Member shall also receive $15 off their initial order of at least $150. The $15 credit for each successful referral will be applied to the referring Member’s account upon successful completion of the referral order. Terms of offers are subject to change.

TAXES

Member is responsible and liable for any applicable federal, state or local income, sales, use or other taxes which may result from Member's participation in the Program.

NO WARRANTY

Bandolier and each of its respective subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliate entities, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Program or any products or services related to the Program.

GOVERNING LAW

The Program Terms and Conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and Bandolier, as well the Bandolier™ Rewards Club, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF ALL DISPUTES. NO CLASS ACTIONS.

ANY DISPUTE RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR THE BANDOLIER™ REWARDS CLUB, INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON STATE OR FEDERAL STATUTES, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. SUCH PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED UNDER THE PREVAILING RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. THE ARBITRATOR'S AWARD SHALL BE BINDING AND FINAL AND MAY BE ENTERED AS A JUDGMENT IN ANY COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION. UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, BANDOLIER AND MEMBER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY ARE GIVING UP THEIR RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL. COMPANY AND MEMBER FURTHER AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THIS PROVISION SHALL NOT APPLY IF MEMBER HAS IN ANY MANNER VIOLATED OR THREATENED TO VIOLATE ANY BANDOLIER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, IN WHICH CASE BANDOLIER MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER APPROPRIATE RELIEF IN ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. MEMBER CONSENTS TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND LIMITATION ON DAMAGES

You release Bandolier and its respective subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliate entities, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability relating to your membership or participation in the Program or the Program Terms and Conditions and/or General Terms and Conditions. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Bandolier is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to Members' participation in the Program. This applies even if foreseeable or even if you or Bandolier have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by Bandolier and may be registered in the United States and internationally.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

Bandolier offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Terms”). By opting in to or participating in any of our SMS programs, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Program following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

User Opt-In:

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Bandolier to the mobile telephone number you provided. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message & Data Rates May Apply:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

User Opt-Out:

To stop receiving messages from us, text STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.

Help:

Carriers:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 13 years old to participate. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain parental consent. 

BANDOLIER AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY ENROLLING IN THE BANDOLIER AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. This Bandolier Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Karis Drake, LLC (“Bandolier”) and the participant ( “Affiliate”).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Bandolier Affiliate Program (the “Program”) allows approved Affiliates to earn commission on eligible sales of Bandolier products generated through their unique affiliate link and/or discount code.

DEFINITIONS

·       Participant / Affiliate: You, the individual enrolling in and participating in the Program.

·       Bandolier Website: The official Bandolier website located at www.bandolierstyle.com.

·       Commission: A percentage of Net Sales earned by the Affiliate on qualifying purchases using their unique code or affiliate link. Commission rates are determined by Bandolier and may be changed at Bandolier’s sole discretion with notice. 

·       Net Sales: Gross sales minus returns, allowances, discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.

ELIGIBILITY

·       You must be at least 18 years of age.

·       You must complete Bandolier’s enrollment process and maintain an active PayPal or other approved payment method to receive commissions.

·       Employees of Bandolier, its subsidiaries, or affiliates are not eligible to participate.

COMMISSION

·       Affiliates earn commission on qualifying Net Sales tracked through their assigned code or link.

·       Commission is paid monthly for the previous month’s sales.

·       Bandolier reserves the right to discontinue or modify codes or commission structures at any time.

PROHIBITED ACTS

·       No Code Leaks: Affiliate codes and/or links may not be shared on coupon websites, deal aggregators, or platforms such as Honey, RetailMeNot, or similar. If codes are found on such sites, the Affiliate will be immediately removed from the Program and forfeit any pending commissions.

·       Affiliates may not use Bandolier trademarks or affiliate codes in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) without express written permission.

·       Fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative practices will result in termination from the Program.

·       Catfish or suspicious accounts will be deactivated. Prior to deactivation, and email will be sent out and the affiliate will have 72 hours to respond.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

·       Content created by Affiliates remains the property of the Affiliate.

·       By participating, Affiliate grants Bandolier a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, license to use, repost, modify, and distribute Affiliate-created content featuring Bandolier products on Bandolier’s social channels, and website.

·       Bandolier may also use Affiliate’s name and handle in connection with reposted content.

FTC COMPLIANCE

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and guidelines, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement requirements, by clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship with Bandolier in all posts (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored, or #BandolierPartner).

TERM & TERMINATION

·       Affiliates may terminate participation at any time.

·       Bandolier may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if Bandolier suspects or knows of any improper, prohibited, or fraudulent activity, or any breach or potential breach of this Agreement by the Affiliate. 

·       Bandolier expressly reserves the right to terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time for any or no reason, as determined in its sole discretion, by giving the affiliate thirty (30) days advanced written notice

·       Upon termination, Affiliate must cease using their discount code and link, and will only receive commission on valid sales completed prior to termination.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

·       Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Bandolier.

·       You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on Bandolier’s behalf. 

·       Affiliate has no authority to act for or on behalf of the Bandolier or to bind the Company in any legal contracts.

·       Affiliates are responsible for all taxes on earned commissions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandolier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Bandolier’s total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed $100.

MODIFICATIONS

Bandolier reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or terminate the Program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bandolier and the Affiliate regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: To enter, move the promotional email to your Primary inbox or star it to stay in the loop, then reply to the email indicating the Bandolier product you’d love to win. You can browse eligible products at Bandolier.com. Entries must be received by Sunday 10/26/25 at 11:59pm PT. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void.

Winner Selection and Notification: Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [DATE] from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) Bandolier product of their choice from Bandolier’s online collection (Approximate Retail Value up to $300 each). Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

AI Analysis and Data Use: We may use automated tools (AI) to summarize or analyze anonymized participant responses to improve future promotions marketing campaigns. This analysis will not affect winner selection and will not involve identifiable personal information. Participation in this AI analysis is optional and is not required to enter or win. Participants who do not consent will remain fully eligible for the sweepstakes and their entry data will not be included in AI processing. Entry information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All of Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
